Return & Refund

1. Introduction

This Return and Refund Policy shall only be applicable for delivery shopping via Wan Ly Protective Packaging Sdn. Bhd.(https://wanlypak.com/)

2. Period for Return & Refund

The product(s) only available to return/refund within 7 days after the date of the product(s) received by the customer.

3. Requirement for Return & Refund

If the customer wishes to return and refund the product(s), please contact us by email at sales@wanlypak.com for the return and refund inquires.

4. Return of Product(s) or refund can be arranged under a few conditions:

  • The product(s) that have been delivered are damaged.
  • The product(s) are expired or out of date.
  • The product(s) received incompletely
  • The wrong product(s) are received by the customer.

5. Delivery Issue

  • If the product(s) ordered and paid is not included in the delivery, Wan Ly shall either refund the value of the product(s) to the customer or resend the product(s).
  • If any product(s) that are not ordered by the customer is delivered to the customer, Wan Ly shall collect the product(s) from the customer.

6. Refund Process

The customer will be refunded only when Wan Ly has received the product(s) and verified the condition of the product(s). All refunds will be made via the same mode of payment within 2 weeks.

7. Risk of Return Process

The customer shall be responsible for the risks and conditions of the product(s) to be returned until it reaches Wan Ly Protective Packaging Sdn. Bhd. Wan Ly will not be liable for any damage/loss to the product(s) prior to the product(s) is received by us. The customers are advised to pack nicely and safely the product(s) to prevent any damage/loss to the product(s) or its original packaging.
