" Built on Precision, Driven by Innovation "

Every product we create carries our name and our reputation.
That’s why we pay close attention to every detail—from design to delivery.
At WAN LY, quality is not just checked, it’s built into everything we do.

BASIC MANUFACTURING PROCESS

1.0 Raw Material Preparation

We begin with high-quality plastic resins, primarily LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene) or HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene). These resins are typically in pellet form and are carefully measured and fed into the mixing machines. Based on researched and tested formula, we produce drums of raw materials.

2.0 Extrusion PROCESS

The plastic pellets are melted and extruded through a circular die to form a thin plastic film. Using a blowing process, air is blown into the center of the molten film to form a continuous tube of plastic. This tube is cooled and flattened into a sheet (or roll), which becomes the base material for various packaging products.

3.0 Customization & Film Conversion

The flat sheet or roll of film can now be customized:

  • Printing: Logos, product details, or safety information are printed using high-quality flexographic or gravure printers.

  • Lamination: Some products, like Lami Bags, involve heat-sealing thin plastic film to materials like PE Foam for added protection or functionality.

4.0 Bag Making, Slitting, or Die-Cutting

Depending on the product:

  • The film is cut and sealed into bags (LDPE, zipper, garbage, medical, etc.).

  • It may be slit into narrower rolls (like stretch film or OPP tape).

  • It can be die-cut into specific shapes or sizes for foam sheets or custom inserts.

5.0 Quality Check & Packaging

All finished products go through quality inspection to ensure they meet strength, thickness, sealing, and printing standards. Once approved, they are packed and ready for delivery.
